Match #1
TWC Mid-State Championship Tournament - 1st Rd
Jey Cruz vs. Lil' Weasel
Going into this match you would think it to be a fast paced, pedal to the metal, race but it's not. Cruz seems to be moving sluggish and uses alot of rest type holds. Weasel tries to break out and speed up the match but Cruz just locks him back down into a headlock or armbar. Weasel seems to be getting frustrated and the crowd even boos how slow the match is. Weasel brakes free and heads to the top rope but Cruz follows and sets him up for a hurra con rana off the top but when Cruz goes for it he doesn't quite get his legs wrapped around Weasel's head. Weasel takes a delayed bump off the top. Cruz looks pissed and confused but goes for the cover and gets the win. Immediately after the fall Weasel gets up pissed off, yelling at the referee and hurrys to the back.
Winner: Jey Cruz
Pre-Recorded Video, Apathy's thoughts on the Apocalypse Cage
Apathy: "This is my match. I created it. A cell with your choice of weapon hung on a balcony. You want to talk carnage, destruction. You want talk about hardcore. This is the be all, end all of "hardcore". Outbreak has no clue what he has got himself into. After this match we will never be the same. And odds are that one of our careers will be over after the Apocalypse Cage. And you better believe that it won't be mine. Just look at what I have already done to Outbreak. Now imagine what I can do in my match, with my rules, and my choice of weapon. This is your end Outbreak. The end is near."
Match #2

Then he dropkicks Big G down. Then hits a springboard elbow. Then as Big G staggers back to his feet J Rod positions himself behind him and hits a back stabber, driving his knees into the back of Big G, falling to the mat. He gets the victory.

Pre-Recorded Video, Outbreak's thoughts on the Apocalypse Cage
Outbreak: "I really don't care that this is "Apathy's Match" or not. All I know is that I finally get my hands on him, face to face, a fair shot, where anything goes. And yes I know I get to have a weapon of my choice hung on a balcony. And that's where I know I have a shot at redemption. I know that in an unruly environment, with the weapon I want, and where I don't get jumped; I can hurt you Apathy, as much as you can hurt me. So bring it Apathy, bring all the pain, chaos, and weapons that you want. But in the end, you will know I am better than you. Yes Apathy, bring it on!"
